體育館位于體育中心南部，人工湖東側(cè)，設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模為6234座，建筑面積1.5萬(wàn)㎡。該館能滿足省級(jí)綜合運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)、全國(guó)性單項(xiàng)比賽以及國(guó)際性單項(xiàng)比賽的需要。其平面采用矩形球場(chǎng)圓形觀眾廳，矩形球場(chǎng)平面尺寸為60m×38m?？梢苑湃龎K籃球場(chǎng)地，同時(shí)可靈活布置為體操、手球、網(wǎng)球、排球、羽毛球、乒乓球等多種場(chǎng)地形式。同時(shí)可滿足舉行文藝演出、大型會(huì)展等需要。
體育館結(jié)構(gòu)造型呈圓形，由大型基礎(chǔ)、看臺(tái)、屋蓋組成?？磁_(tái)和基礎(chǔ)采用現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)，座席臺(tái)選用預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)。
體育館屋蓋采用大空間網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)體系。整體屋蓋猶如空中的光環(huán)，形成體育中心一處耀眼的風(fēng)景線。
Gymnasium
Gymnasium lies in the south of the sports center, and the east to the man-made lake. It has 6,234seats. The floor area of gymnasium is 15,000 ㎡.
Gymnasium can fulfill with the provincial multiple athletic meeting, national individual competitions.Its plat structure is rectangular field and circular speculators’ seats. The surface of rectangular court is 60m×38m, which not only can be divided into three-basketball fields, but also can be used for kinds of fields, such as gymnastics, handball, tennis, volleyball, badminton and table tennis. At the same time, it also can fulfill with the needs of performation, great exhibitions.
The structure of gymnasium is circular and is composed of primary foundation, audience stands and the roof. The structure of stand and primary foundation is cast –in-place concrete structure, and the structure of seats adopt armored concrete of prestressing structure.
The roof of gymnasium adopts the frame structure and plate-like space frame. The whole roof of the gym like an aureole in the sky, which become the wonderful sightseeing of the sports center.
